How to Request a Repeat Prescription

If you are on regular medication, a repeat prescription can be obtained after discussion with your doctor and a computer printout will be issued. Please use this slip to order your repeat prescription and deposit it in the repeat prescription box on the reception desk. You may also order online.

Your prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours later.

Staff can post prescriptions to patients if a stamped, addressed envelope is enclosed. Telephone requests cannot be accepted but we will accept faxed requests.

We offer repeat dispensing to patients if suitable. This allows you to collect your prescriptions from a nominated pharmacist without the need to return to the surgery in between your medical reviews.
