Repeat Prescriptions

If you are on regular medication, a repeat prescription can be obtained after discussion with your doctor and a computer printout will be issued. Please use this slip to order your repeat prescription and deposit it in the repeat prescription box on the reception desk.

You may also order online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to register first before using the system.  Please contact reception for further information.

Please allow two full working days for collection .

Staff can post prescriptions to patients if a stamped, addressed envelope is enclosed. Telephone requests cannot be accepted but we will accept faxed requests.

We offer repeat dispensing to patients if suitable. This allows you to collect your prescriptions from a nominated pharmacist without the need to return to the surgery in between your medical reviews.  Talk to the GP who prescribes your medicines and ask if you can use repeat dispensing.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review their regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
