All patient records are treated with the strictest confidentiality and we comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Patient Rights and Responsibilities

Privacy and confidentiality will be respected. Patients will be treated with respect, dignity and courtesy at all times and we would appreciate the same courtesy from patients, relatives and friends.

Zero Tolerance

Violent and Abusive Patients
We have a zero tolerance policy for violent and abusive patients and such behaviour may result in removal from our list.

Freedom of Information - Publication Scheme

The Freedom of information Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme. A Publication Scheme is a guide to the ‘classes’ of information the practice intends to routinely make available. This scheme is available from reception.
